Details: Job Summary and MissionThis job contributes to Starbucks success by expanding brand awareness and increasing sales and profits through negotiation, development and execution of global supply agreements, master licensing contracts, and sales and marketing initiatives as the primary contact for the very largest companies and industry leaders. Leads a licensee-specific account executive team. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.Summary of Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Assists in long-term strategic planning, customer tiering and budgeting.Builds long-term account value with executive level relationships within key accounts. Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs. Delivers business reviews, including performance measures, labor management, revenue generation, site development, trend analysis, program and product initiatives and strategic planning.Coaches and develops assigned national account executives (NAE's) Assigns workload and tracks performance against specifically assigned objectives.Leads cross functional teams to achieve desired business outcomes.Manages partnerships and direct sales and development activities to achieve sales and profit goals. Achieves financial targets for assigned accounts.Negotiates national account agreements, including master licensing agreements and foodservice supply contracts. Develops proposals, delivers presentations, and gains consensus on terms of contracts.Plans, directs and communicates strategy between internal and external stakeholders. Implements key customer initiatives and business goals. Manages internal relationships required to ensure that agreements and initiatives are developed fully.Provides general management oversight of assigned licensee's through professional level of consultancy, utilizing all available tools & partner resources.Provides leadership to field partners via ongoing communications, market visits, zone presentations and individual coaching. Directs new program implementation and national account rollouts.Serves as business expert within Starbucks for assigned Licensee's.Supports Director by creating and executing detailed business plans for assigned accounts.
